Wow…did we find the place we want to be or what! Frankfort, MI is fantastic! We enjoyed it so much we went twice. Dinner at Dinghy’s was superb…thier onion blossom is the best hands down. The next visit we ate lunch at the Stormcloud Brewery. I could seriously spend the whole day here ( and no not just because they have amazing BEER). They have their own garden (in which I enjoyed fresh veggies and herbs from in my salad), outdoor games, a fabulous outdoor seating area to just hang out, and across the street the waterfront view is serene.

We strolled through some shops, visited the best lemonade stand and made our way to the Frankfort Lighthouse and pier. The water was crystal clear and we had some laughs watching the teens daring eachother to “clear the pier”. This lake town is definitely a fav!
